We send you sensors, you take the data, send the sensors back to us and we'll generate a test report specific to your needs.

Sensor Rental & Remote Analysis Service

We recognize that analyzing shock, vibration, and environmental data can be complex. Our engineering team is well-versed in analyzing data and generating reports that provide actionable summaries.

This service has the following phases and deliverables:

1. Requirements Definition - We learn your needs so that we can generate a more detailed quote.
2. Initial Payment & Sensor Rental - After approving the quote we require a 50% down payment to begin the project. After receipt, we will send the sensors which are required for the test and begin researching different analysis methods needed.
3. You Gather the Data - We will remotely help you set up the sensors and do the necessary testing to gather the data.
4. Data Submission & Analysis Draft - After we receive the sensors and data back from you, we will begin analyzing the data. After, we will generate an outline of the report and begin populating various elements for you to approve and ensure we are meeting your needs.
5. Final Report Submitted - The final report is then generated and provided which will include an Appendix of the analysis methods used so that your engineering team can replicate for future projects. The final 50% is due after receiving the final report.

This service typically costs $5,000 and will include at least 8 hours of an engineer's time to analyze the data and generate a report. This will include the rental cost of the sensors.  If, after using them, you would like to keep them we can sell them to you at a 40% discount.

We do offer a 25% discount if you are willing to allow us to generate and share a case study about our project. You will have final approval on the case study to protect any sensitive information related to the test.
