Mandatory Policies means Customer’s business policies, including:
(a) any specific internal site policies and procedures provided to Supplier or any member of Supplier Group by Customer in respect of a Site;
(b) Prevention of Illegal Employment Policy;
(c) Anti-Corruption Policy;
(d) Fundamental Principles of Purchasing; and (e) Hygiene, Safety, and the Environment Policy.
