Training Services

After you purchase your devices, we can help familiarize you with the platform and walk you through your setup and analysis. This training is expected to be managed remotely with two separate 1-hour webcam & screen share meetings with our product engineers covering the following;

1. A high-level overview of both device configuration and analysis.
2. We will focus on ensuring we have set up the system for your specific test. We will work with you to ensure the device settings are correct and also ask to see how/where you have mounted the sensors.
3. We will also focus on analyzing the data in the way you need. You will be asked to share with us at least one file prior to the call, then we will use a screen share to show you how to analyze that (and other files).
