We have made it part of our mission and strategy to be as helpful to our customers as possible. And this extends into the types of communication channels we offer. As part of our new website launch, we will also be making online chat another channel to utilize to contact us and get help in the manner you find most conducive to how you work.
We are able to offer this through our customer support tool, HelpScout, who has made customer-centric best practices into a business and software platform. We hope you will find this new channel helpful, powerful, yet also convenient.
To use it click the "How Can We Help You?" button in the bottom right of your screen. You will be able to search for answers on in our help docs, or ask our team for the answer. If you click "Ask" you will be prompted with two choices, assuming someone from our support team is available. If not then only email will be available. There is nothing worse than starting a chat on a website to only find the customer support team isn't available. So hopefully you will find this helpful to only see the option for chat when someone is truly there to help you!
