New "Mini" Sensor

We have launched a new sensor, the S2, or the "mini."  More technical information on this new product can be found on its product page.  But here are some highlights:

• Smaller
• 0.76" shorter
• Same width and height to be 2.24" x 1.18" x 0.72"
• New variable capacitance accelerometer
• 40g and 8g option
• Better resolution, noise, and frequency response
• ADXL355/7
• 8GB of storage standard

This new sensor also is the first with our next generation processor which will enable all the other new products coming down the line including wireless.  It also provides the opportunity to start increasing the onboard processing of the sensor so that we can do more intelligent triggering and recording settings.
